Loca Loca is a Tunisian peer-to-peer rental platform: anyone can list something they own, and anyone can find it and contact the owner.
What the platform does
It connects people and keeps things safe: optional verified identity, two-way reputation after a confirmed rental, tracked messaging, moderation and sanctions. It does not book, schedule or track the rental.
What it does not do
It never handles money: the rent and any deposit are paid in person between the parties. No commission is taken on rentals.
Business model
Free for individuals. Revenue comes from paid listing boosts and, later, tools for professionals.
