Privacy policy

Data collected
Account (email, display name, city, photo, optional phone), listings and photos, messages, reviews, reports, notification preferences, push subscriptions and, if you request it, identity documents for the Verified badge.
Purposes
Providing the service (matchmaking, messaging, reputation), securing the platform (anti-scam, moderation, disputes), notifying you according to your preferences, improving the service.
Identity documents
Stored in a private encrypted space, accessible only to the administration for verification, never displayed. Deleted on request. In case of proven theft, identity may be shared with the victim or the authorities.
Sharing
Your data is not sold. It is hosted by our technical providers (database, storage, email, notifications) strictly for the service.
Retention
Data is kept as long as the account exists. Deleting the account erases personal data; some elements may be kept for the time needed to handle an ongoing dispute.

Cookies
Only technical cookies are used (session, language). Audience statistics are anonymous and cookieless.
